Hi, I’m Tiana Teague, LMFT.
I want to help you understand your patterns so you can experience clarity and connection.
I work with individuals and couples who feel stuck.
I don’t just focus on surface-level communication. I help individuals and couples understand what lies beneath the patterns they keep finding themselves in. Because most of the time, it’s not just about what’s happening in the moment. It’s about what’s been shaping how you show up in your relationships all along.
Are you struggling to break repeating patterns or keep having the same conversations, and still don’t fully understand why things aren’t changing? You might feel disconnected in your relationships or question whether to stay or leave. Deep down, you know there are things that need to heal, but you aren’t sure where to start.
About Me
-
My approach is direct, honest, and compassionate. I help you slow things down, understand what’s really going on beneath the surface, and begin to shift the patterns that keep you feeling stuck.
My work is heavily influenced by Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an evidence based approach that helps individuals and couples understand the deeper emotions and patterns underneath conflict and disconnection.
In couples work, we focus on identifying negative cycles, increasing emotional connection, and creating new ways of responding to each other.
In individual work, we focus on self-awareness, healing, and helping you show up differently in your relationships.
I integrate emotional insight, practical tools, and—when desired—faith, so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
-
My work is also shaped by my own personal experiences.
In the past, I found myself in unhealthy relationship patterns—ones I didn’t fully understand at the time.
I had unhealed wounds that were impacting how I showed up in relationships—what I tolerated, how I responded, and how I saw myself.
Through my own healing, I began to understand those patterns and what it looked like to show up differently.
Today, I’m married, and my husband and I are intentional about how we show up in our relationship—continuing to grow, communicate, and navigate challenges in healthier ways.
Integrating faith has also been a meaningful part of that process, helping shape how I approach both my personal life and the work I do with clients.
-
I believe people are capable of healing, growing, and creating meaningful change—no matter what they’ve experienced.
My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself, strengthen your relationships, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) serving clients in Georgia and Florida, with a focus on relationship dynamics, emotional healing, and lasting change. I’ve earned a Bachelor’s degree from Howard University and a Master’s degree in Family Therapy from Mercer University.
For those who desire it, I also integrate faith into the healing process, creating space for both emotional and spiritual growth.
